We have partnered with Lloyd's of London, an unquestioned leader in providing precious metals insurance, to ensure your platinum items are fully insured and safe. Lloyd's of London is recognized as the market of choice for specialist insurance and operates in over 200 countries.

Providing the best insurance options to ensure your platinum is safe is paramount to us - and we have chosen to partner with an international leader to arrange world-class insurance coverage. If you need insurance for high-value items, we provide insurance coverage of up to $100,000 at no additional cost. To take advantage of this insurance coverage, please call us for instructions at (800) 538-8188 before you ship your items. After you call, we will send you an email with specific shipping instructions, which you must follow for your shipment to be fully insured.

Security

The safety of your platinum and our employees is our number one priority. For onsite security, we leverage a state-of-the-art, 24/7 video surveillance system and always have security guards on staff. All of our employees undergo daily security checks and must pass through metal detection access points to ensure the safety of your valuable platinum while in our possession.
