How Do I Reset My Password?

Resetting your password is easy! If you've forgotten your password, you have two options:

• Call our customer service: Contact us at (800) 538-8188 and our customer service agents will assist you with resetting your password.
• Self-service reset: Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of the site, enter your email address, and click "Reset Password". An automated email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

For security purposes, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you don't reset your password within that timeframe, you'll need to request a new reset link.
