How Long Does It Take To Get Paid?

Payment is issued within 24 hours of accepting your offer. We strive to get you your money as quickly as possible!

We offer three convenient payment methods: Company Check, Direct Deposit, or PayPal®. Selecting Direct Deposit or PayPal® ensures the fastest payment for your platinum items.

Payment Timeframes

  • PayPal® - Get paid in as little as 24 hours. Please make sure to provide the email address associated with your PayPal account when sending in your platinum items. (You will be responsible for any 3rd party fees)
  • Direct Deposit - Get paid in 1-2 business days. To use this method, please supply us with your bank routing number, which can be provided by including a voided check along with your Customer Return Card when sending your platinum items.
  • Company Check - Our default payment method allows you to get paid within 5-7 business days. This check can be deposited in any personal account.

How to Select Your Payment Method

You can select your payment method in one of two ways:

  1. Log in to your account at RecyclePlatinum.com and update your payment preferences
  2. Include your payment preference on the Customer Return Card in your Appraisal Kit
